Aïda Gómez ist eine urban artist aus Madrid mit einem Abschluss in Bildender Kunst von der UCLM und einem Studium der Bildhauerei der Kunsthochschule Weißensee, Berlin. Als artist in residence war sie an verschiedenen Institutionen auf der ganzen Welt tätig.
Aïdas Arbeit umfasst spielerische urbane Installationen, die mit unerwarteten Transformation soziale Codes in unserer täglichen Umgebung spielen. Sie hat eine Vorliebe dafür, kreative Wege zu finden, um die Aufmerksamkeit von Passanten zu erregen und deren alltäglichen Perspektiven in Frage zu stellen.

Aïda Gómez is an urban artist from Madrid. She has a degree in Fine Arts by the UCLM Madrid. She also studied sculpture at the Kunsthochschule Weißensee in Berlin. She has been an artist-in-residence at various institutions around the world.
Aïda’s work includes playful urban installations and the unexpected transformation of social codes in our daily environment. She has a penchant for finding the most creative ways of capturing the attention of passerby and challenging their regular perception.

Aïda Gómez es una artista urbana de Madrid. Licenciada en Bellas Artes por la UCLM, Madrid. Estudió escultura en la Kunsthochschule Weißensee de Berlín. Ha sido artista residente en diversas instituciones de todo el mundo.
La obra de Aïda incluye instalaciones urbanas lúdicas y la transformación inesperada de los códigos sociales en nuestro entorno cotidiano. Le gusta encontrar las formas más creativas de captar la atención de los transeúntes y desafiar su percepción habitual.
